Shipping and Returns
Just.Find.Best ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.justfindbest.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Just.Find.Best reserves the right to change the current shipping policy, including applicable shipping rates and fees, at any time for any reason without noticed. Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order, and/or could be set as a flat rate via Standard service. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Just.Find.Best has right to run campaign that will qualify orders for free shipping. To qualify for free standard shipping, orders must meet certain conditions such as total order amount of eligible items and must be shipped within United States and Canada via Standard service. Order total is calculated after all discounts and coupons are applied. If qualified, free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
Just.Find.Best will happily accept return due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 15 days of receipt of items and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resell-able condition. To complete your return we require a receipt or a proof of purchase. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. To return products, customers should mail their products to the address: 10749 Cleary Blvd., #304, Plantation, FL 33324, United States. Once return is received, inspected, and accepted, then the customer's refund will be processed, and a credit/refund will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will notify customers once this has been completed through email. We will also notify customers of the approval or rejection of their refund. Just.Find.Best will refund the value of the goods returned, but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. Any Order refused by recipient on delivery, the goods will be returned to Just.Find.Best at customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the values of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will NOT be refunded.
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 10 days. The delivery time may be effected by any major events.
Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 10 - 25 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout. The delivery time may also be effected by any major events.
Orders are usually dispatch within 1 business day of payment of an order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays or any major events that forces business to be closed, at which time the warehouse will be closed.
In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
Just.Find.Best will ship to P.O. box addresses using United States Postal Service only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations. Shipping to P.O. box addresses only available within the United States, we do not provide shipping to P.O. box addresses outside of the United States.
Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using United States Postal Service only. We are unable to offer this service using courier services. Shipping to military addresses only available within the United States, we do not provide shipping to military addresses outside of the United States.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved as a backorder while we await this item.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
DUTIES & TAXES
Sales tax will be applied to the total amount at checkout if applicable and will be displayed as a separate line before the total amount is shown.
Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties & taxes may be required to be paid upon arrival at your destination country. Just.Find.Best is not collecting any import duties and taxes and Just.Find.Best is not responsible for any import duties & taxes that could be applied at the border's customs upon arrival at your destination country. Any order refused by recipient on delivery including but not limited due to duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Just.Find.Best at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return and refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
PROCESS FOR PARCELS
Process for parcels damaged in-transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps:
a. Take a picture of the damaged parcel in originally delivered packaging.
b. Send the picture to our customer service (email@example.com) with an explanation of what happened.
c. Our customer service will take care from there. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
