Just.Find.Best will happily accept return due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 15 days of receipt of items and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resell-able condition. To complete your return we require a receipt or a proof of purchase. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once return is received, inspected, and accepted, then your refund will be processed, and a credit/refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Just.Find.Best will refund the value of the goods returned, but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. Any order refused by recipient on delivery, the goods will be returned to Just.Find.Best at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will NOT be refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and as long as a request to replace is received by us within 15 days of receipt of items. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact customer service with next steps: 1. Take a picture of the damaged parcel in originally delivered packaging if it was damaged in transit, or take a picture of damaged items if defected. 2. Send the pictures to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation of what happened. 3. Our customer service will take care from there. We will send you a return label to attach to the returning package. 4. Send your damaged products to the address: 10749 Cleary Blvd, #304, Plantation, FL 33324, United States in original packaging, unused, and in a new condition. 5. We will send you a replacement as soon as we receive back your damaged products if they were defected, or we will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you, may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
