These are great sheets of parchment. I love that they’re packaged in a box that I can slide in sideways or lay flat and easily pull out just one sheet. The parchment sheets that I’ve ordered in the past came in a plastic bag and flopped all over the place. Easy to store.

Parchment paper is great for my pate a choux. As piping is so easy, it works perfectly. The package is great for selecting one sheet at a time and really easy to store... I like to use the sheets to make my kids favorite dessert.
