...perfect!!! convenient and just what I need for my character macarons! I prefer parchment paper over silicone mats and JFB never disappoints

I’m a fan of unbleached parchment.

These are great sheets of parchment. I love that they’re packaged in a box that I can slide in sideways or lay flat and easily pull out just one sheet. The parchment sheets that I’ve ordered in the past came in a plastic bag and flopped all over the place. Easy to store.

Bought it multiple times never looked back

I'll never go back to rolls of parchment paper again. They're always falling apart by the end, getting stuck in my drawer and wrinkling up the parchment paper. This method solves those issues. I don't know why I didn't switch sooner. I already ordered multiple times and so satisfied, I’m never going back to a roll for my normal cooking/baking.

Great for baking. Doesn't roll.

These are so easy to use. They are already half sheet size so no need to cut to fit a half sheet baking pan. I also use the sheets for cutting up veggies, chopping chocolate, etc. No mess and easy cleanup. They are quite sturdy and don’t tear easily when using them for this purpose. Nice product and delivered quickly.
